"Digital Goods" means goods that are delivered and used in an electronic format.

"Digital Product(s)" means goods that are delivered and used in an electronic format.

iTraveller provide our services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at iTraveller, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future iTraveller service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with iTraveller, whether or not included in the iTraveller Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

Digital Goods purchase

AUSTRALIAN ONLY NEED TO GO THROUGH A PHONE CALL VERIFICATION IF YOU USE A PAID EMAIL SERVICE - NO ID OR PASSPORT REQUIRED FOR AUSTRALIAN PURCHASE
If this is your first time of purchase from our store and you are NON-AUSTRALIAN, you must provide us a copy of your Passport for verification.
Please use a valid email , and paid e-mail is preferable like email@bigpond.com. (Free e-mail like hotmail/gmail/msn/yahoo etc require more verification check)
Name must match your buying name, we need you to scan us your documents (Photo ID or Passport, we prefer Photo ID with address or passport and bank statement)
Phone number must be valid, we prefer landline phone number. We will either call you or text you for verification process.
It will take up to 48 business hours for us to process your verification , normally it will be less than 1 hour or instantly after we receive your documents. (It will take longer if you try to edit those documents) - Our risk department don't work on weekend so we cannot process your verification on weekend.
iTraveller reserves the right to deny payments from suspicious buyers. In the event that an order or payment is tagged as being suspicious, delivery of item(s) will be delayed until iTraveller can successfully verify its legitimacy, be it by phone or a request for verifying information. The determination of what amounts to suspiciousness shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of iTraveller. You acknowledge and accept that under the laws of certain jurisdiction, iTraveller may be obligated to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
DO NOT worry, we will not use any of your document for other propose, we will only use it for verification and you are protected under our PRIVACY POLICY.

Pre Order product(s) from iTraveller

You agreed to pay 10% of the price listed in iTraveller and pay the remaining balance when the product(s) you ordered is in stock and ready to be ship. We will notify you when to pay the balance.
If you want to cancel your PRE ORDER from us, please do it 2 weeks before the official release date. Otherwise NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN BACK TO YOU. We will take your 10% deposit as a penalty.
No product(s) will be ship to you until you pay your order in FULL.
All pre order prices are EXCLUDED shipping fees, shipping fees will be AUD$1 for a standard post without a tracking number / AUD$4.95 for a Registered Standard post with Insurance up to AUD$100 OR AAE Courier express AUD$3.95 with a live tracking number. This shipping price applied to Australia customer only.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE COST IS DIFFERENT. PLEASE VISIT OUR FAQ OR CONTACT US FOR MOST ACCURATE SHIPPING COST FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES OTHER THAN AUSTRALIA.

Payment Policy and Acceptance of Service

In consideration of the provision of the Products & Service made available by iTraveller, payment monies in the currency specified, in accordance with the prevailing exchange rate (the “Price”), shall be made by you to iTraveller in the manner specified and made available to you.
Unless credit terms have been expressly agreed to by iTraveller, payment for the Products & Service shall be made in full before the performance of the Service.
iTraveller reserves the right to deny payments from suspicious buyers. In the event that an order or payment is tagged as being suspicious, delivery of item(s) will be delayed until iTraveller can successfully verify its legitimacy, be it by phone or a request for verifying information. The determination of what amounts to suspiciousness shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of iTraveller. You acknowledge and accept that under the laws of certain jurisdiction, iTraveller may be obligated to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Unless you notify iTraveller to the contrary on the day of delivery and such notification is confirmed by email, the Products & Services shall be deemed to have been accepted by you as being in good order and in accordance with the terms and conditions under which the Service is offered by iTraveller.
You undertake to make all payments promptly and in accordance with any rules, regulation or guidelines issued by iTraveller from time to time and shall not be entitled to withhold payment of all or any of the Price.
All sales and/or transactions are final. Products and services that have been delivered are strictly non-refundable.
iTraveller reserves the right to reimburse customers on a case by case basis.
iTraveller services allowed customers to pay, by credit card, debit card, or any other payment method offered by iTraveller.
Processing fee is applicable to payment methods offered by iTraveller.
Charges for processing fees will be displayed during the checkout process and shall be borne by you, unless otherwise expressly stated by us.
iTraveller does not store any credit card information on our servers and shall never re-use it in any manner.

For customer who use PAYPAL payment method

THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT MUST MATCH THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU REGISTERED IN OUR ONLINE STORE, OTHERWISE WE WILL REFUND THE PAYMENT AND ASK YOU TO USE ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD.
iTraveller will deliver your digital goods(Deliver instantly if you are verified member) after we received your payment and believe that payment is legitimate.
Once digital products is sent to you via EMAIL and you trying to open a dispute case with paypal, we will provide all information to paypal and you cannot win it. Because we can track where the code is used and we deliver the code to you via Email. Email is already a proof of delivery, so please do not be smart and claim dispute after you receive the digital products and used it. We will report you and paypal will close your account if you trying to do so, this will also lead to your game account being ban.
For customer who buy phycal products, please be aware that Australia Standard Post does not have a tracking number. It will be useless if you trying to claim dispute with paypal even you received the item, it is written very clear here in our Terms and Condition of using Paypal. iTraveller will not be responsibilies to customer who choose to use Australia Standard Post without tracking number after we ship your products.
Dispute can only be claim when you did not receive your parcel within 7 business days after payment made and you are using our Courier Express with Live Tracking number.
Dispute CANNOT be claim when you purchase any Digital Goods from us.

We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. 1. OEM products

Most of our products are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) products, if you like it you can buy from us for a good price. Please read the item description for every products before you buy, it is very important that you know what you buying.

2. R4i games package

All game lists are free and we do not sell any of the games. All this game is for back-up only, if you do not own them please delete them when you receive it.

3. Postage

All orders after 2pm MELBOURNE TIME (GMT+10/+11) daily will ship in the next business day. We only ship items on weekdays.

Please note: When you choose Standard Australia Post, you understand the RISK of NO TRACKING number and iTraveller will not be responsible for any LOST parcel and STOLEN parcel while delivering to you.

Australian Air Express

For customer who choose to use AAE express for thier shipping method, you agree to "LEAVE ARTICLE ON PREMISES WITHOUT P.O.D(Proof of Delivery) SIGNATURE"

4. Payment

In our store, we provide few payment option which is Credit/Debit card, Bank transfer, Cheque/Money order or Pay Cash in store(adding more from time to time). All products need to be fully paid before we dispatch it.

5. Out of stock item

Some products in our store sell very quick sometimes and will sometimes out of stock, the availablility of the item will always show on the PRODUCT's PAGE under the PRICE. It will be In stock, Out of stock, Pre-Order or 7-10 Business days. You still can check out in any of this status and we will ship the item to you instantly as soon as we have in stock. We are happy to give you a store credits if you wish to cancel the order after you paid for it.
