All prices displayed on this website exclude shipping costs(EXCEPT FREE SHIPPING ITEM). We deliver products Australia wide using Australian Air Express or Standard Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the weight of the product, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and you can select which services you wanted then it will be added to the order total before checkout.

iTraveller ships goods Australia wide and internationally. International delivery is done through Australia Post AIR MAIL or Express and prices will be supplied on request. For international orders through our website, please contact us on info@itravellerstore.com.au to enquiry about a special order.

Please note: Customer who choose Standard Australia Post understand the RISK of NO TRACKING number and iTraveller will not be responsible for any LOST parcel and STOLEN parcel.

What if i am not home for delivery?

Standard post via Australia post - Postman will normally drop a red card in your mail box or just leave your parcel at your front door.

Australian Air Express courier - Delivery man will leave at your front door or he/she will find somewhere safe around your house to leave the parcel.

Registered Post via Australia post - Postman will drop a red card in your mail box for you to collect it in your nearest Australia Post outlet.

How fast can you guys send my stuff off?

Orders for IN-STOCK items are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment clearing, unless it is the weekend of course. Orders with money clearing on the weekend will ship out on Monday. We have a really early pickup, about 2pm GMT+10/GMT+11! So if you want same day postage it is only possible if you order before 1pm GMT+10/GMT+11 Melbourne Australia time. We are working on getting a later pickup, but the same day cut off time doesn't get pushed too far back due to the amount of orders we have to do during the day!

We are not super heroes (we try to be), so here are some things that can affect the item being sent instantly:

• The item is not in stock. We will always display a notice on an items page if it is out of stock. Please read!
• If you order multiple items, one being in-stock, and one being out-of-stock, we will hold the in-stock item until both items are available. If you don't agree with this, then make 2 separate orders as there are no exceptions to the rule!
